CollFin is the technology company that built and operates the platform powering CollFin. The platform handles the full receivables lifecycle: account intake, debtor identity, multi-channel dunning strategy, payments, disputes, and remittance — with FDCPA/Reg F compliance enforced at the software level, not via manual process.

We license the platform to collection agencies that want to operate with the same tools CollFin uses — multi-tenant, white-labeled, and ready to onboard their first client the same day.

Why we built this

Traditional agencies run on call centers and spreadsheets — slow to onboard new clients, opaque to originators, and hard to keep compliant across state lines. We started CollFin to flip that model: software that does the work, defaults to compliant behavior, and shows clients exactly what's happening with their money in real time.

CollFin is proof that the model works. We run our own collection operation on the platform so that every feature is battle-tested before it reaches a licensee.
